Return an Item
You have the right to return any item shipped by obbomed.com.au within 14 days, as long as it meets the following conditions:
– Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
– The returned items must be in new, unused condition unless the item is damaged or defective.
– The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
– The returned items must be in its original packaging, including all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
– All shipment cost must be made prepaid
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions notifying us how you would like the issue resolved (I.e. a replacement, refund or an exchange).
Exchange an Item
If you need to make an exchange, please return you original item and place a new order for the exchange merchandise online. If you want to exchange for a different size or color, you still need to return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you received was damaged or defective, or if the item is not what you originally ordered, please contact ObboMed for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement*. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us. We’ll also refund the return shipping cost, because the return is a result of our error.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (including delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-5 in above section “Return an Item”. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.
